Le Studio is a state-of-the-art auditorium that can be easily extended, creating a flexible capacity of 20 to 200 people. The nearby Fontvieille Circus Tent can be used as an extension of the Columbus, and the World Trade Centre can also provide specific facilities in close proximity to the hotel.

A choice of rooms Le Studio is a multi-purpose conference and presentation centre that opened its doors in January 2002 on Level 00, otherwise known as the Mezzanine Floor. Designed by Scottish interior designer Amanda Rosa, winner of the 2001 Andrew Martin International Designer award, the premises combine luxury, comfort and technology, and can be reserved on a daily or half-daily basis. Equipped with a 3 m by 2.40 m rear projection screen and 90 leather covered chairs with fold-away writing tables – which tier away to the rear for maximum screen visibility – Le Studio offers the very latest in state-of-the-art technology. The facilities also enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. The spacious terrace opening on to the Princess Grace Rose Garden is ideal for coffee breaks.
Videoconferences can be fully controlled from the presentation desk and broadcast around the world via dedicated ISDN data lines. Video or digital images can be screened using a new generation, high resolution digital projector. "Like the Columbus Monaco, Le Studio was designed by enthusiasts for enthusiasts and is a venue in its own right. The design, staff and technology are all state-of-the-art”, says Ken McCulloch, the Hotel’s co-owner and creator of the concept.
Salon 1, 2 and 3
Also on the mezzanine floor, two function rooms designed by Amanda Rosa can host between 20 and 40 people for private cocktails and/or dinners, receptions and business meetings. Salon 3 was opened on September 26th 2005 in place of the hotel’s Room Service department. This new Boardroom is an ideal addition to the Conference Centre. Designed in the same style as the rest of the establishment, it is a more confidential room for smaller groups (Capacity: 15 people, bespoke services). The entire business facilities (Le Studio and Salons 1 and 2) are lit by natural sunlight and are used year-round by major international companies in the fashion, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, finance, automobile, telecoms and hi-tech sectors etc.
