FIRST EQUITY PTE LTD AND PRESIDENTS CORPORATE GROUP ANNOUNCE ENTERING INTO
AN AGREEMENT:
Singapore, 29th September 2010- First Equity Pte. Limited ('First
Equity'), an investment holding company has entered into an Agreement with
Presidents Corporate Group ('Presidents') a Nevada Corporation for the
raising of funds and acquiring a portfolio of assets starting with an
established wellness center in Austria.
The two companies have already identified the wellness centre in Austria
and are banking on an emerging trend in Europe where healthcare and
wellness are top priorities for the population. Both the companies are
eager to augment their businesses with more acquisitions in the industry
and see tremendous potential for growth in the near future.
