GRIT INTERNATIONAL INC. - ANNOUNCES XETRA LISTING
GRANDE PRAIRIE, AB - Monday - October 18th, 2010: - GRIT INTERNATIONAL
(3GR1:F) is pleased to announce that it has contracted with Renell
Wertpapierhandelsbank located in Frankfurt am Main, to act as Market Maker
and Designated Sponsor for the company's shares on Xetra. The new listing
is part of the company's strategy to widen its shareholder base and to
offer shareholders an additional option when trading Grit International
shares.
The symbol for trading Grit International shares is 3GR1 and the German
securities code is (ISIN) US3986831028.
Company president Lawrence Zeiben said: 'The Xetra listing gives investors
an additional venue in which to trade the company's shares. We look forward
to the exposure through Xetra that we will experience along with the
working relationship now established with Renell Wertpapierhandelsbank.'
