Leading clean tech company converts waste to organic fertilizers in China -
Expansion
China Zongbao Clean Tech Limited (ZEC, the Frankfurt Open Market Listed
Company) (the 'Company') has patented technology in China recycling solid
waste to produce high yield organic fertilizers that reduce greenhouse
emissions within a record time.
The Company is pleased to announce the purchase of 46,690 sq metres of land
in Fengjing Industrial area of Shanghai to expand its operations and to
build an additional processing plant. The plant will have a capacity to
produce 0.1 million tons of organic fertilizers. The Company purchased the
land from the Government and owns 100% of the land on a freehold basis.
This is a significant commitment by the Company to its expansion and helps
cater to the increased demand from its customers and to efficiently provide
products for new customers.
