NEW LIGHTING SYSTEM DESIGNED AS RETROFIT FOR COMMERCIAL APPLICATIONS
April 04, 2011 - Maxray Optical Technology Co. Ltd., a Delaware Corporation
(MXOP OTCBB) confirmed today that it will present a LOI to Elsa Optical
Technology H. K. (The Seller). The purpose of the Letter of Intent is to
set forth the terms and conditions upon which Maxray will receive from The
Seller, 100% of all shares and assets owned by The Seller. The ceiling LED
light fixture developed by ELSA is designed to replace the fluorescent
light fixtures currently used in most commercial buildings. The LED fixture
requires no modification to the existing wiring or lighting apparatus. The
LED ceiling fixture boasts high illumination with up to 50% lower
electrical consumption, longevity far beyond the life of fluorescent
lighting, and is completely maintenance free.
