Vegas77 Entertainment SE applies for German gambling licence

Amsterdam, 07. April 2011 - Vegas77 Entertainment SE (WKN: A1C8PY /
ISIN: DE000A1C8PY2 / Symbol: LCP) has announced that it has applied for a
German gambling licence.

Yesterday (Wednesday), it was announced that German federal states will
grant approvals for online gambling and sports betting from 2012.
Online gambling under German gambling licences shall be possible for the
first time according to the new state gambling treaty. Initially, a total
of 7 licences shall be granted for a period of 5 years.

Vegas77 Entertainment SE intends to apply for such a licence. The
organisational, technical and legal frameworks have already been put in
place at the company for the purposes of this. Vegas77 is to take the
initiative when it comes to the awarding of the licences due to its
existing commercial partnerships and fully developed software platform.

Vegas77 Entertainment SE shares are traded under WKN: A1C8PY / ISIN:
DE000A1C8PY2 / Symbol: LCP on the Deutsche Börse market (Xetra exchange and
Frankfurt) and the company successfully began trading on 3rd March 2011
with a share price of EUR 8.00. The share price is currently at EUR 26.30
(7th April 2011) and are therefore already shown an increase of 229% in
comparison with the opening price.
