Amsterdam, 16 April 2011 - The casino holding company Vegas77
Entertainment SE (WKN: A1C8PY / ISIN: DE000A1C8PY2 / Symbol: LCP)
is planning to implement a capital increase within the next 30 days. The
issue of new shares should generate tens of millions of additional funds
for the company, allowing it to pursue its current growth.
The background to the capital increase is the ongoing acquisition of new
holdings. Vegas77 Entertainment SE is planning to purchase a stake in a
highly profitable market leader in the gambling sector in the near future.
