ROK to Apply for Entry Standard Listing and to Create a Prospectus
London, 20th April 2011 ROK Global PLC
Ticker Symbol: RKG
WKN: A0YKFS
ROK Global PLC, the technology, applications and services company, has
today announced it will apply for Entry Standard listing on the Open Market
of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Deutsche Börse AG) and will create a
Prospectus.
Entry Standard is the segment for small and medium-sized companies, in
particular, to include their shares in exchange trading.
Commenting on the decision to apply for Entry Standard listing and to
create a Prospectus, Jonathan Kendrick, Chairman of ROK said: 'We are
delighted with the interest shown to date in ROK on the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange and our decision to apply for Entry Standard would give the
company and our investors much greater flexibility and reach with regards
to future growth and development.'
