Hail First Pharma Trading Halted Pending Reverse Split

Dubai - UAE - May 4, 2011 - Hail First Pharma Inc. formerly Zoloto Ventures
Corp. (Frankfurt: 499) Announced today that the Deutsche Börse has halted
trading pending the reverse split.

The name change has taken effect on April 26, 2011 and the reverse stock
split is expected to take effect the week of May 6, 2011 pending receipt of
a new ISIN number reflecting the corporate action. The company's share
will resume trading upon the effectiveness of the reverse stock split of
10,000 to 1.
