General Business Update: Limited Impact of Earthquake and Tsunami in Japan
on Business Activities

Hong Kong, May 16, 2011-Initation Enterprises Company Limited, a leading
manufacturer of high-precision injection moulded components, would like to
announce that the current situation in Japan after the recent earthquake
and tsunami has very limited impact on its current business. Although the
majority of Initiation's customers are Japanese companies such as Toyota,
Honda and Daiwa, it manufactures most of its output for China-based
manufacturing plants of those customers. Only a very limited part of the
production is a actually exported to Japan.

Currently efforts are under way to move parts of the production along side
its customer from China to other parts of South-East Asia i.e. Thailand or
Vietnam. Such a move would be welcomed by the customers that have already
moved their production to these countries and would have significant impact
on the company's profitability. Also an expansion into Europe and
specifically into the German market is under evaluation.

Also the company is currently starting its auditing process for the
financial year ending 31 of March 2011. The Annual General Meeting is also
scheduled to take place at the end of July 2011.
