3A FINANCE GROUP INTRODUCES ITS SOLUTION FOR THE PRIVATE
EQUITY MATKET OF NORTH AMERICA FNSSM FIRST NATIONS
SECONDARY SHARE MARKET.
Calgary / Canada, May 24, 2011 - 3A Finance Inc. (the 'Company' or '3A') is
a
100% owned subsidiary of 3A Finance PLC is pleased to announce that it is
intending to launch a solution for the First Nations market of North
America,
called First Nations Secondary Share Market.
Exactly like the MEASSM platform FNSSM will be launched and focused on the
First Nations People of Canada and The United States of America.
3A Finance is aware of the lack of a Private equity index solution in North
America that Small to medium sized First Nations business could take
advantage
of to seek funding and needed capital to launch and maintain their
start-up, small
to medium sized, and band owned businesses.
Chief Executive Officer of the Canadian fully owned subsidiary Mr. Joseph
Bourne said: 'There are over One million First Nations Peoples in Canada of
which it has been estimated that there are over 27,000 First Nations
peoples
business operating both on and off -reserve. While many of these businesses
are
closely linked to the resource sector, other important industries such as
the
business services, construction and the airlines would definitely benefit
from the
FNSSM solution.' He continued: 'Our trading platform is not limited to
First
Nations companies in Canada but it is also including the ones of the United
States'.
The terms First Peoples and First Nations are both used to refer to
indigenous
peoples of Canada and the USA. The terms First Peoples or Aboriginals in
Canada are normally broader terms than First Nations, as they include
Inuit,
Métis and First Nations. First Nations (most often used in the plural) has
come
into general use for the Indigenous peoples of North America located in
Canada
and The USA, and their descendants, who are neither Inuit nor Métis. These
peoples live both on reserve and off.
