Annual General Shareholders Meeting of Sberbank Started

Moscow, June 3, 2011 - The annual general shareholders meeting of Sberbank
of Russia started its work. For the first time, the annual general
shareholders meeting of Sberbank will be broadcasted via Internet. The
broadcasting can be watched on the website of RIA Novosti News Agency
(www.rian.ru) and on Sberbank's website (www.sberbank.ru).

The agenda of the annual general shareholders meeting of Sberbank includes
the following issues:
1. Approval of the annual report

2. Approval of the annual accounting report

3. Profit allocation and dividend payment for 2010

4. Approval of the auditor

5. Elections of members of Supervisory Board

6. Elections of members of Auditing Committee

7. Elections of president and chairman of the board

8. Reimbursement to the members of Supervisory Board and Auditing
Committee

9. Approval of the Bank's Charter new edition

For the first time, Sberbank will submit its report of corporate social
responsibility at the meeting.
