ROK Launch JP Selects
JPSelects.com e-commerce platform for socially conscious and eco-friendly
products goes live

London and Los Angeles, Friday 17th June 2011: ROK Global PLC, the mobile
and web technologies and services company has announced the official launch
of JP Selects, its members only e-commerce platform for socially conscious
and eco-friendly products.
JP Selects is the brainchild of ROK's co-founders John Paul DeJoria and
Jonathan Kendrick. John Paul DeJoria is also the co-founder of global
enterprises such as Paul Mitchell Systems and Patrón Spirits.
The first six brand partners to be promoted by JP Selects include Nialaya
Jewelry, followed by Stewart + Brown clothing, L'uvalla skin care, Calleen
Cordero footwear, Hype Clothing and The Green Garmento bag.
Speaking at the launch party for JP Selects at the Sunset Marquis hotel in
Hollywood, John Paul DeJoria explained 'I believe success unshared is
failure. I want to share my success with good people who sell great
products while promoting a sustainable future and good business practices.'
DeJoria and his wife Eloise, along with the JP Selects creative team, serve
as the sites global curators, selecting products that live up to their
personal and business credo, 'the best for you, better for the world.'
Membership to JP Selects is free and open to consumers via online
registration at www.jpselects.com.
A percentage of the proceeds from sales of JP Select's brand partners'
products will go to the Grow Appalachia hunger initiative and John Paul
DeJoria's Peace, Love and Happiness Foundation, which supports humanitarian
efforts worldwide including the Food4Africa initiative, AIDS Project Los
Angeles, Heal the Bay and Children's Hospital of Los Angeles among others.
