Hail First Pharma Trading to Resume at the Open on June 22, 2011

Dubai - UAE - June 21, 2011 - Hail First Pharma Inc. formerly Zoloto
Ventures Corp. (Frankfurt: 499A) Announced today that the Deutsche Börse
will resume trading of its shares on June 22, 2011.

The company's corporate action became effective on June 17, 2011 and the
ticker symbol and CUSIP has changed to 499A and CA40522C1086.
