Sberbank of Russia announces SEC registration of ADR Level 1
28 June 2011, Moscow - Sberbank of Russia announces that the United States
Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has declared effective a
registration statement with respect to a Level 1 ADR program as of June
27, 2011. Each ADR in the program represents 4 (four) ordinary shares of
Sberbank of Russia. DR ISIN: US80585Y3080.
The Bank of New York Mellon (BNY Mellon) will be acting as the depositary
bank and Sberbank of Russia will serve as the custodian bank for the ADR
program.
The maximum number of shares of Sberbank of Russia that can be traded
abroad as part of the ADR program is up to 25% of Sberbank's outstanding
common shares.
