In the framework of the press release published by Orco Property Group S.A.
('OPG') on 12 May 2011, Orco Germany S.A. ('OG') was approached - through
its advisors Rothschild and Gide - by advisors to the group of holders of
more than 60% of OG's EUR 100 million unsecured bond maturing in May 2012
(ISIN XS0302623953) including both of the elected representatives of
bondholders. This group is prepared to engage into discussions in relation
to financing alternatives of OG possibly requiring a consent of
bondholders.
