At the meeting of the Board of AB Ukio bankas as of 2 August 2011, a resolution
was taken to issue fixed rate bond emissions in LTL and EUR under the 'Base
prospectus of LTL 200,000,000 short and medium term bonds offering programme'
approved on 7 October 2010 by the Security Commission of the Republic of
Lithuania, and to approve the Final terms and conditions of the emissions. To
