ROK To Issue Prospectus
ROK's Prospectus is currently going through the review stage with UKLA - in
compliance with amended BaFin Terms and Conditions for Listing on the Open
Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange
Ticker Symbol: RKG

London, October 17th 2011,
ROK Global PLC, the mobile and web technologies, applications and services
company, has announced it is confident it will issue its Prospectus before
the middle of November 2011.
Commenting, Jonathan Kendrick, Chairman and CEO of ROK said 'We are
currently seeking clearance of our Prospectus with the United Kingdom
Listing Authority (UKLA) and, while there can be no guarantee that the
Prospectus will be cleared by the UKLA in a set timeframe before being
passed to BaFin, we are confident the process will now be completed within
30 days.'
ROK Global was co-founded by US Billionaire John Paul DeJoria, the
co-founder of Paul Mitchell hair care systems and Patron Tequila and UK
serial technology entrepreneur, Jonathan Kendrick.
