Fields Corporation today announces financial information and business results
for the Q2 of the year ending March 31, 2012.

The Company's core business, pachinko and pachislot sales is heavily
concentrated in the second half of the fiscal year. The Company is therefore
aiming for it's highest ever profit.

As for the market, the section of the supply chain which was affected by the
earthquake has recovered and the pachinko halls sales made a steady progress
despite beliefs that the sales figure would show a decline due to emphasis on
reducing power consumption etc. this summer. In this term, the Company released
a big pachinko title, deploying Japanese superstar, Ayumi Hamasaki, and sold
about 70,000 units throughout Japan.

As for the group business, a monthly comic magazine 'Hero's', recognized as the
core of the Company's contents development will be issued in November 2011. And
the film, 'BERSERK', produced by the Company's subsidiary Lucent Pictures will
be premiered in January 2012.

*'BERSERK' is a manga series and has sold 24 million volumes in Japan and 7
million overseas.
