company, has announced the appointment of Paolo Fidanza, formerly head of
US subsidiary ROK Americas, as CEO, with immediate effect.
Jonathan Kendrick remains as Chairman of ROK Global PLC.
Commenting, Kendrick said 'The growth of ROK Global, particularly in the
United States, has resulted in the need to separate the Chairman and CEO
roles and now is the time for a dedicated CEO to be appointed. Paolo is a
proven and dynamic achiever who is based in our Los Angeles office and will
now concentrate 100% of his efforts on driving ROK Global forward as we
continue the development and deployment of our growing portfolio of
technologies, applications and services worldwide.'
ROK Global PLC was co-founded by US Billionaire John Paul DeJoria and
UK-based serial entrepreneur, Jonathan Kendrick.
In addition to being the co-founder of ROK, John Paul DeJoria is Chairman
