DGAP-News: Micron Calls for Redemption of All 4.25% Convertible Senior Notes Due 2013

BOISE, Idaho, 2012-04-06 03:31 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --
Micron Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq:MU), is calling today for redemption, on June
4, 2012, of $138,880,000 in aggregate principal amount of its 4.25% Convertible
Senior Notes due 2013 (the 'Notes'), which represents all of the outstanding
Notes. The CUSIP number for the Notes being called for redemption is 595112
AJ2. Upon redemption, holders of the Notes being redeemed will receive
$1,062.08 per $1,000 principal amount of the Notes, which includes accrued and
unpaid interest on the Notes being redeemed to, but excluding, the redemption
date and the make-whole premium applicable to the Notes.
A Notice of Redemption is being mailed to all registered holders of the Notes.
Copies of the Notice of Redemption may be obtained from Wells Fargo Bank,
National Association, the Paying Agent, by calling 1-800-344-5128.
