VitreaView(TM) to Provide a Single Source for Viewing Disparate Imaging Data

providers, introduces VitreaView(tm), a universal viewer that provides uniform
access to patient imaging, at conhIT, Europe's leading event for healthcare IT
24-26 April in Berlin, Germany.

VitreaView provides healthcare professionals with a central view of a patient
image history, which means image data can be received from disparate databases
and then viewed through one universal viewer. This directly addresses
physicians' need for increased access to imaging data, standardization and
improved collaboration capabilities. With VitreaView users can view DICOM and
non-DICOM images, review multi-modality data, access basic review tools as well
as perform comparative reviews and allow for historical search of relevant
data.
VitreaView is designed for flexible deployment and leverages industry
standards. It is also scalable, fault tolerant, and can be fully virtualized.
VitreaView's software-only platform is a zero download, zero foot print,
browser and operating system independent solution. This allows users on
different devices to access the functionality in VitreaView through the Web or
via EMR, EHR or portals.
