Share issue price to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting
on 10 May 2012
In accordance with and subject to the terms of the proposal of the Board of
Directors, published in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce of 19 April 2012
in connection with the Compagnie Financière Tradition SA Annual General Meeting,
to be held on 10 May 2012 at 3.00 pm to approve the company and group accounts
for the 2011 financial year, the Board has proposed a dividend of CHF 4 per
bearer share.
The Board has proposed to give each shareholder the option of receiving this
dividend in cash or in new Compagnie Financière Tradition bearer shares (scrip
dividend).
To enable payment of this scrip dividend, the Board will seek shareholder
approval to increase the share capital, with an issue price set at CHF 60 per
share, calculated in accordance with the method described in the notice of the
above meeting (available on the Company's website: www.tradition.com).
