Apricus Biosciences, Inc. ('Apricus Bio') (Nasdaq:APRI) announced today that
Edward Cox, Vice President Corporate Development and Investor Relations, will
present at the 11th Annual JMP Securities Research Conference, being held at
The Ritz Carlton in San Francisco, California. Apricus Biosciences'
presentation will take place on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at 8:30am Pacific Time.

dry mouth due to a lack of saliva) and (c) NitroMist(r) (nitroglycerin sublingual


spray), an FDA-approved nitrate vasodilator indicated for acute relief of an
attack or acute prophylaxis of angina pectoris (chest pain) due to coronary
artery disease (narrowing of the blood vessels that supply blood to the heart).
