Changes in Dannemora's organisation focusing on the opening of the iron ore mine

With effect from 1 January 2012, Dannemora group management will comprise
Staffan Bennerdt, President and CEO, Niklas Kihl, CFO, Kjell Klippmark, CEO
Dannemora Magnetit AB, Jan Vestlund, Head of Sales and Marketing, and Yvonne
Gille, Head of Human Resources and Information.
Peter Svensson, who is currently Exploration Manager at Dannemora Mineral AB
and part of the executive management group, has, at his own request, resigned at
the end of December 2011 in order to take up the position of Senior Geologist
för Macarthur Minerals Ltd.
The position of Exploration Manager which Peter Svensson held as a member of
group management will remain vacant for an indefinite period. This is because
from now until the production start-up, the Dannemora Group is focusing all its
resources on the re-opening of the Dannemora iron ore mine. As previously
announced, Mats Larsson is responsible for Dannemora's mine-site exploration.
Pär Göting will assume the newly created position of Deputy CEO at Dannemora
Magnetit AB. Pär Göting is a mining engineer, and joins the company from
Skanska, where he was CEO of Skanska Raise Boring for many years and, more
recently, project manager for their underground section. He will be part of the
management group of Dannemora Magnetit AB.
