(firmenpresse) - The World Day of Alphabetisation founded by the United Nations in 2003 takes place the third time and gains more and more attention in Germany with its 4 million functional Analphabets. The raising number of German courses in Public Schools indicate a positive trend towards solving that problem.
More than 20.000 participants attend to courses of Alphabetisation each year in Germany. Excluded from the official statistics are the foreign citizens studying German in public schools and private institutes. They do not only learn German. Lots of them have to get alphabetized in these courses for the first time.
The permanently raising requirements in apprenticeships demand an increasing need for new learning materials which should be integrated in courses of German- and Alphabetisation. Through the gentle and professional support of the Federal Association for Alphabetisation and Basic Education, a series of Learning Software of the label called PROSONSOFT was developed by the ADMOVI Publisher in corporation with the Centre for Learning and Integration PROSON, Berlin.
Thus the German Course “Alphabetisation – learning reading and writing” was developed. This Learning Software is intended to be used as a additional and supporting teaching and learning material for the qualification of adults, as well for younger people.
Trough implementing the Learning Software in Language- and Alphabetisation courses, it is possible to start individually with the special German knowledge of each participant.
With the help of the Online Academy, which can be offered on request by Prosonsoft, the participants are enabled to study and deepen the taught German knowledge independently from time and location.
Six sections with many interactive tasks include important basic content such as: letters and phrase construction, numbers, date and time, basic mathematical operations, prices and more. An extensive exercisebook is included in the Learningsoftware. It supports the participants in reading and writing exercises.
On time for the World Day for Alphabetisation the new learningsoftware of PROSONSOFT „Laute, Silben, Woerter“ (sounds, syllables, words) was released.
This course focuses on learning how to read. One can find initial sound tables, various exercises for getting to know and practising syllables and simple words. An extensive box of syllables with more than 700 syllables for listening, reading and exercising of the pronunciation is included.
The simple user guidance of the Learning Software guarantees an easy comprehension and therefore motivation an fun while learning.
More and more interest arouses this new tool for learning in the field of alphabetisation and basic education as much as in German courses for the integration of foreign citizens.
Successfully applications with more than 3.000 participants in German and Alphabetisation courses speak in theirs favour.
