Rejlers completes the acquisition of Ramböll Finland's consultancy operations to the energy- and industry sector

Rejlers' subsidiary in Finland has completed the acquisition of the consultancy
operations within automation and electricity from Ramböll Finland Oy. The
acquired operations had in 2011 a turnover of about EUR 5.5 million and have
about 70 employees.

The acquisition strengthens Rejlers' opportunities to offer engineering
consultancy services to the customer groups Industry and Energy and
significantly expands Rejlers' services in Finland. Rejlers has about 430
employees in Finland after the acquisition.

Through recruiting new staff and implementing strategic takeovers Rejlers will
reach the objective to employ at least 2,015 employees and have a turnover of at
least SEK 2,015 million by 2015.
