Renell Wertpapierhandelsbank AG will be the new specialist of the GDC Game
and Download AG
Düsseldorf, 10.02.2012: As announced today by the GDC Game and Download AG,
Renell Wertapierhandelsbank AG has been contracted as new specialist.
Furthermore it is intended to put Renell Wertpapierhandelsbank AG also in
charge for the designated sponsoring.
'Having appointed Renell Wertpapierhandelsbank AG, we found a partner that
is well known for its constant positive evaluation as a specialist and
designated sponsor. Furthermore we intend to introduce the stock of the GDC
Game and Download Company AG to the ongoing Xetra Trading as soon as
possible.
This will enable market participants to gain insight into the order book as
well as it allows investors transparent and ongoing trading opportunities.
Especially international investors expect a high degree of transparency and
liquidity, particularly if larger investments are in focus. Therefore this
action is being taken against the backdrop of the planned roadshow for
international investors in March/ April', comments Nils L. R. Herrnberger
