Vizrt Signs Media Asset Management Deal with a Latin American Broadcaster

Vizrt Ltd., a leading provider of content production tools for the digital media
industry, announced today that the Company has signed a deal worth approximately
USD 380,000 for the implementation of Media Asset Management (MAM) products with
a Broadcaster in Latin America.
A long-time Broadcast Graphics and MAM customer, the station is expanding its
capabilities with the Viz Media Engine Core Delivery package that includes
redundant delivery. This will focus on video production workflows as well as
online and mobile production. Content is transcoded and distributed to air,
multiple mobile devices and websites. Search, browsing and proxy editing can be
accomplished through a web interface and through integration with the Vizrt
Online Suite.
The Vizrt Online Suite, which includes Escenic Content Studio, is a high
performance content management system and web publishing platform.
The deal also includes Viz Reporter and Viz Live Reporter, which allow
Journalists to capture high quality video content live or in clips with their
mobile phones, and send it directly to the web.
This new purchase gives the station a complete end-to-end workflow. From ingest
to managing content to distributing not only over the air but online and to
mobile devices as well.
