China Specialty Glass AG: Change in Supervisory Board
Gruenwald/Munich, February 22, 2012 -China Specialty Glass AG (CSG) hereby
announces that the Supervisory Board Chairman Helmut Meyer has resigned
from the Supervisory Board of CSG. Meyer belonged to the CSG Supervisory
Board since 2009 and will remain in office until the end of March 2012. For
the interim period until the next Annual General Meeting on July 20, 2012,
the Management Board will place an application with the Munich local court
for the appointment of a new Supervisory Board member in accordance with
the Aktiengesetz (German Stock Corporation Act).
CSG AG's Management Board respects Helmut Meyer's decision and thanks him
for his support of the company.
