TOM TAILOR Holding AG appoints Udo Greiser as Chief Product

The Supervisory Board of TOM TAILOR Holding AG has appointed Udo Greiser
(54) to the Management Board, effective 1 March 2012. Udo Greiser will be
responsible for the Group's product development, procurement and licensing.
He will succeed Christoph Rosa in this position who leaves the Company at
the end of February.
Udo Greiser has many years of experience in the fashion industry and brings
along extensive knowhow of the product lines Men and Women. From 1997 to
2011 he worked at ESPRIT in various functions for the brand edc by esprit.
From 2003, Udo Greiser led the edc woman division and from 2007, he was
responsible for all edc divisions. From November 2010, he was member of the
ESPRIT's Global Executive Management Board as Chief Product Officer edc.
Today, the edc label accounts for approximately a quarter of the Group's
sales. Most recently, Udo Greiser worked as an advisor for CBR Fashion
Group.
