Sarnen (Switzerland) 28.02.2012: NuBeCK Holding AG announces today the
successful completion of the capital increase decided on at the last
general assembly.
The administrative and executive board are pleased that the capital
increase was able to be carried out successfully and thank the shareholders
for their confidence.
Furthermore the capital increase carried out was oversubscribed.
