(6 March 2012) EDB ErgoGroup has strengthened the senior management team for its
Consulting business area with the appointment of two high profile senior IT
managers. Anne-Sofie Breivik and Nils Einar Nilsen have been appointed with
management responsibility for Consulting Oslo and SAP deliveries in Norway
respectively. They will play key roles in managing the 1,100-strong Norwegian
consulting business of EDB ErgoGroup.

"Both Anne Sofie Breivik and Nils Einar Nilsen are high profile IT specialists
at the absolutely top level of the Norwegian IT consulting sector. They are
taking on responsibility for two of our largest and most comprehensive
consulting areas, and I very much look forward to working with them on the
continuing development of EDB ErgoGroup's IT consulting business", comments
Hans-Henrik Merckoll, Head of Consulting at EDB ErgoGroup.

Nils Einar Nilsen appointed as new head of the Norwegian SAP unit
The appointment of Nils Einar Nilsen (50) gives EDB ErgoGroup a highly
experienced and capable new manager for its Norwegian SAP unit. He has more than
25 years' IT experience, as well as management experience from a number of major
and highly renowned companies such as IBM, KPMG, PWC, EDB and the Aker grouping.
Nils Einar Nilsen took up his new appointment in January 2012. He joined EDB
ErgoGroup from KPMG, where he had been a partner since 2008. He is a member of
the EDB ErgoGroup Consulting management team, and reports to Hans-Henrik
Merckoll, Executive Vice President and Head of Consulting.

More about EDB ErgoGroup's SAP-related activities
EDB ErgoGroup has around 300 SAP consultants in the Nordic countries, with
approximately 100 SAP consultants in Norway. The company delivers SAP services
to a range of major businesses and organisations such as Statoil, the Norwegian
Armed Forces, Orkla, Aker Solutions, Yara, Hydro, Statkraft, Lyse and Expert.

EDB ErgoGroup is the largest SAP player in Norway, and holds a comprehensive
range of SAP certification. EDB ErgoGroup's SAP operation is in competition with
a number of international suppliers both in Norway and in the Nordic market in
general. The company is confident that its strong Nordic roots give it an
important competitive advantage, reflecting its unique local knowledge and
expertise as well as the breadth of its SAP services. EDB ErgoGroup's offer is
based on its belief that Nordic companies are served best by people who
understand Nordic business from the inside.

EDB ErgoGroup's SAP environment in Norway focuses on defined sectors including
Oil & Gas/Oil service, Retail, Energy and Public sector/Healthcare, as well as
focusing on particular companies and organisations in Norway and the Nordic
region. The SAP unit delivers services including Business Consulting Services,
Application Services, Business Intelligence Services, Technology Services,
Mobile Services and Cloud Services.

"This is the kind of opportunity that only comes along once. EDB ErgoGroup's
target of creating the leading IT services business for Norway and the Nordic
countries is extremely exciting. I see this as a unique opportunity to be part
of building an IT adventure while at the same time taking responsibility for the
continuing development of the company's extensive SAP environment. I very much
look forward to successfully developing our market position and taking on
challenging projects and assignments so that we can attract to EDB ErgoGroup the
best SAP consultants that are not already part of our team", explains Nils Einar
Nilsen.

Anne-Sofie Breivik (42), new head of EDB ErgoGroup Consulting Oslo
Anne-Sofie Breivik is known for her extensive technical skills and her long
experience in the IT industry. She joined EDB ErgoGroup from the management team
at Microsoft Norway, where she had been responsible for the large customer
segment since 2010. Prior to joining Microsoft, she had extensive experience of
IT consulting from her long career at Capgemini, where her responsibilities at
various times included head of private sector clients, sales director and head
of the application management centre, as well as working as a consultant. Anne-
Sofie Breivik joined EDB ErgoGroup as Head of Consulting Oslo on 1 March 2012.
She is a member of the EDB ErgoGroup Consulting management team, and reports to
Hans-Henrik Merckoll, Executive Vice President and Head of Consulting.

Consulting Oslo is the largest unit in EDB ErgoGroup's Consulting business area,
and employs around 350 consultants.

"I am very much looking forward to my new role at EDB ErgoGroup. My new job is
one of the most exciting and challenging of any in the Nordic IT industry. EDB
ErgoGroup enjoys an exceptional position in both the Norwegian and the wider
Nordic IT services market. On the consulting side, the company has established a
strong position but still has a lot of underutilised potential, and I look
forward to fully realising our potential in Consulting Oslo", comments Anne-
Sofie Breivik.
