SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA: Moody's places the ratings of Norwegian Savings Banks on review for possible downgrade

Moody's Investors Service has placed the issuer and long-term debt ratings of
SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA (A1) on review for downgrade. The current expectation is
for a downgrade of up to one notch. The Bank Financial Strength Ratings, BFSR's
of C- and the P-1 short-term rating, have been affirmed.
