GRONTMIJ N.V. : Grontmij shareholders meeting adopted all proposed resolutions

De Bilt, 9 March 2012 - The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of
Grontmij N.V., which was held today, adopted all proposed resolutions.
* Mr J. van der Zouw is appointed as member of the Supervisory Board of
Grontmij N.V. as per 9 March 2012.
* Messrs C.M. Jaski and F. Vervoort are appointed as member of the Executive
Board of Grontmij N.V. as per 9 March 2012.
With these appointments the Supervisory Board of Grontmij N.V. consists of four
members, namely:
Messrs J.H.J. Zegering Hadders (chairman), R.J.A. van der Bruggen, P.P.
Montagner and J. van der Zouw. Following the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders of 9 May 2012, Mr Van der Zouw will become chairman of the
Supervisory Board.
The Executive Board of Grontmij N.V. consists with these appointments of three
members, namely: Messrs C.M. Jaski (CEO), F. Vervoort (CFO) and G.P. Dral.
