EDB ErgoGroup acquires Pragma companies for strong growth in Sørlandet

(Oslo, 12 March 2012) EDB ErgoGroup has agreed to buy the IT companies Pragma
Drift AS in Kristiansand and Pragma AS in Kristiansand and Drammen. The Pragma
companies have 47 employees in total, with turnover of around NOK 52 million for
2011. Through this acquisition, EDB ErgoGroup establishes a strong regional IT
delivery environment for southern Norway, with a base in Kristiansand.

Putting EDB ErgoGroup on the map in southern Norway
The Pragma companies have a unique combination of regional knowledge, in-depth
industry expertise and technical IT skills, and represent a significant addition
to EDB ErgoGroup's core activities in their region. The acquisition of these two
companies will establish EDB ErgoGroup as the leading IT services supplier for
southern Norway. EDB ErgoGroup has a strong regional presence in a number of
major Norwegian locations, and the company operates from locations in 50 towns
and cities throughout the Nordic countries.
About the Pragma companies
EDB ErgoGroup has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the share capital
of Pragma Drift AS and Pragma AS, which together reported turnover for 2011 of
NOK 52 million. The sellers of the shares include Tor Åge Fjukstad, Sigbjørn
Tønnesland and Fædrelandsvennen AS. The management of the companies will
continue unchanged following the acquisition, and with 47 highly skilled
employees, this will provide a sound basis for further organic expansion in the
region.
Pragma Drift AS is an IT operating services company with offices in
Kristiansand. The company, which has 20 employees, delivers both standardised
and customised operating services solutions for local customers in the Agder
area, as well as a number of major customers in the media sector.
Pragma AS is a consulting and solutions company with offices in Kristiansand and
Drammen. The company has 27 employees in total. Pragma AS has a large number of
customers in both the private and public sector in the Agder area, and also has
a number of important customers in eastern Norway in the industry, media and
shipping sectors.
