2012 the share of voting rights in Carl Zeiss Meditec AG, Jena, Germany, of MM
Asset Management Holding LLC, Springfield, Massachussetts, USA, went above the
threshold of 3% and the percentage of voting rights amounted to 3.78%
(corresponding to 3,072,860 voting rights) on this date.
3.78% of these voting rights (corresponding to 3,072,860 voting rights) are
allocated to MM Asset Management Holding LLC pursuant to § 22 Section 1 Sentence
