The Ageas's Annual Report will be online as of today onar.ageas.com, within a
newly designed Annual Review website, which includes additional content and
user-friendly functionalities.
The Annual Report contains the Message to the Shareholders, the Report of the
Board of Directors and the Consolidated Financial Statements of Ageas.
The Annual Review website presents, on the one hand, the official and audited
content of the Annual Report and, on the other hand, user-friendly and tailor-
made content such as reviews of the businesses in Belgium, UK, Continental
Europe and Asia, video interviews with leading people within Ageas, highlights
of 2011 and other interesting topics. Animated versions of graphs, histograms
and pie charts are also available on the website. The visitor can choose which
data set he or she wants to view with a simple click, adding or subtracting
information from the graphics in an instant. The "Annual Review website" can be
accessed directly by simply clicking on ar.ageas.com.
In addition, the Embedded Value Report, containing the Embedded Value and Value
Added by New Business numbers for the year 2011, will also be available on
www.ageas.com/Documents/EN_EV_Report_2011.pdf.
Ageas's annual results for 2011 were published on 20 February 2012. The
publication of the first quarter 2012 results is scheduled on 14 May 2012.
