Golden Ocean Group Limited ("Golden Ocean" or the "Company") is offering to sell
2,438,199 Knightsbridge Tankers Limited ("Knightsbridge") common shares in an
underwritten public offering pursuant to an effective shelf registration
statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Goldman, Sachs &
Co. is acting as the sole underwriter for the offering. All net proceeds from
the sale of the common shares will be received by Golden Ocean. Knightsbridge
will not receive any of the proceeds.
After the sale of common shares is concluded Golden Ocean will not hold any
common shares in Knightsbridge.
