Tieto appoints Pellervo Hämäläinen as Vice President, Communications and Investor Relations

Pellervo Hämäläinen (born 1966) has been appointed as Vice President,
Communications and Investor Relations at Tieto Corporation as of 1 May 2012.
Pellervo Hämäläinen is transferring to Tieto from Oriola-KD Corporation, where
he has held the position of Vice President, Corporate Communications and
Investor Relations since 2006. He was previously Senior Vice President and
Communications Manager, Corporate Communications & Investor Relations at Comptel
(2001-2006), and has also worked as a Communications Officer for Nokia Networks
(1998-2001) and Sonera (1995-1998).
"Tieto has undergone dramatic changes in recent years, and this rapid rate of
development will continue over the coming years. This will also pose challenges
for communications, so I'm glad that we're able to welcome a new communications
professional with a solid background in information technology into our team,"

until Hämäläinen takes up his new position.
