The success story of Borussia Dortmund continues even off the pitch. In the
scope of the 'Marken-Award 2012', which was hosted for the twelfth time
yesterday evening in Düsseldorf by the magazin 'absatzwirtschaft' and the
'Deutscher Marketingverband', Borussia Dortmund was awarded with the
special prize 'Best managed sports brand in Germany'. With this prize the
jury rewarded the outstanding performance of the company regarding the
brand management, especially the creation of the brand 'BVB' as an 'intense
football experience'.
