Impreglon acquires 25.1% of Ropal Europe AG
Agreement on close cooperation for sustainable coatings
After acquiring the license for the ChromOptics process from Ropal and the
upcoming startup of the worldwide first production plant for the process
Impreglon has signed an agreement with Ropal to cooperate in the field of
sustainable coatings. At the same time Impreglon acquired 25.1% of the
Ropal share capital from various institutional investors.
With the planned expansion and relocation of the Ropal laboratory from
Allendorf to Lüneburg, near the Impreglon production plant, both companies
will benefit from an accelerated production start-up as well as future
developments.
With 21 locations in 10 countries Impreglon is a leading global service
provider for surface technology.
