Rejlers takes over consulting and service business from TeliaSonera

Rejlers' subsidiary in Norway, Rejlers AS, has signed a three-year contract with
TeliaSonera Norway AS, to take over consulting and service business for mobile
phones. The group includes less than 40 employees that will become part of
Rejlers AS from 1 May 2012. The value is initially at approximately NOK 60
million.

After this reinforcement, Rejlers AS will have approximately 60 employees in
Norway, mainly in the telecom area. Another major order for Rejlers AS is the
monitoring responsibilities for Nødnett.

Through recruiting new staff and implementing strategic takeovers we will reach
our objective to employ at least 2,015 employees and have a turnover of at least
SEK 2,015 million by 2015.
