Haldane McCall PLC announces disposal of Johnson Products of Nigeria
Haldane McCall PLC announced today its intention to divest its
manufacturing holding.
Following a recent board review in Lagos on its investments in Johnson
Products of Nigeria, the board has decided to divest 100% its investment in
manufacturing.
The Group will now focus in the following business areas.
1. Hotels
2. Real estates
3. Financial services
The cash inflow from the sales of Johnson products of Nigeria will be
invested in core business areas. We will provide regular market updates.
The market is adviced to exercise caution when dealing in Haldane McCall
PLC stock while the divestment is on-going.
