In connection with Storebrand's share purchase scheme for employees, CEO Idar
Kreutzer has participated by purchasing 1,323 shares in Storebrand ASA on 23
March 2012 at NOK 30.22 per share. Idar Kreutzer owns 122,617 shares in
Storebrand ASA after the transaction.
