Annual Report 2011
SBM Offshore today published its Annual Report 2011. It is the first time the
Company publishes the report as a fully integrated on-line version under the new
identity, combining Annual Report and Sustainability Report into one.
The 2011 Annual Report is available to shareholders and other interested parties

Agenda AGM 2012
SBM Offshore today published the Agenda for the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders which will take place on 16 May 2012 at the De Doelen Convention
Centre in Rotterdam, beginning at 14:30 hours CET.
The Agenda for the Annual General Meeting for Shareholders is available to
