GEMOSCAN CANADA ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT SALES AND MARKETING
TORONTO, Ontario, March 28, 2012 – Gemoscan Canada, Inc. (“Gemoscan” or the “Company”) – (TSXV: GES), (MUN: 1GE) is pleased to announce the appointment of Felice Fleisher as Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing. Ms. Fleisher reports to President and CEO, Brian Kalish.
Ms. Fleisher brings more than 20 years experience in both the U.S. and Canadian business and corporate environments with general management and hands on skills in all areas of business development including sales, marketing, analytics, planning, operations, supply chain, IT and systems oversight, ERP/transition planning, budgets, forecasting and government relations.
From 1990 - 2009, Ms. Fleisher held senior management positions at Paramount Home Entertainment Canada, including Senior Vice President and General Manager (2004-2009), Senior Vice President (1998-2003), Vice President Sales (1994-1997) and Executive Director Sales and Operations (1990-1993). During her tenure, Ms. Fleisher established the Canadian office from start-up quickly developing Paramount Home Entertainment to one of Canada’s top grossing and most respected home entertainment studios. From 1986 to 1990, Ms. Fleisher held management positions at Paramount Pictures Corporation and Paramount Home Video including Director of Distribution Marketing and Regional Sales Manager.
