In relation to Storebrand's share purchase scheme for employees and the share
purchase arrangement for employees in management position Storebrand ASA has
today sold 380.172 shares to employees at NOK 30.22 per share. After this
transaction Storebrand ASA holds a total of 3,124,482 own shares.
