depositary receipts for the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
to be held on Wednesday 9 May 2012 at 2:00 pm in Hotel Holiday Inn, De Boelelaan
2 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
The notes and the appendix to the agenda, the annual accounts 2011, annual
report 2011 and other information as defined in article 392 of book 2 of the
Dutch Civil Code, the explanation of the financial restructuring, the proposals
for amendment of the articles of association I and II including the explanatory
notes thereto and the instructions for attendance will be available for perusal
at the company's office at the address stated below from Wednesday 28 March
2012 until after the meeting. Free copies of the documents are available to
shareholders, holders of depositary receipts for shares and other persons
entitled to attend meetings.
