Leverkusen, 29 March 2012 - Biofrontera Pharma GmbH, a fully-owned subsidiary of
Biofrontera AG, has today signed an exclusive agreement with Allergan
Pharmaceuticals Ireland for the marketing and distribution of Ameluz(®) in
Spain. Biofrontera receives an upfront payment of ?1.1 million plus an
undisclosed percentage of all net revenues of Ameluz(® )generated by Allergan.
